Dear Honorable MI-SOS Ruth Johnson:
SUBJECT: Request for issuance of Michigan Driver’s License for
David Theron Wallin
Patricia Gayle (Zint) Wallin
After you were elected and during the life of your transition website, as your supporting constituent and elected GOP Allen Township, Hillsdale County precinct delegate, I sent you a note regarding my wife’s and my INABILITY TO OBTAIN A MICHIGAN DRIVER’S LICENSE WITHOUT A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER under your predecessor ever since both our previous licenses expired in 2004 and 2005 respectively.
NOTE: We both have no accidents, tickets, nor medical reason not to drive in Michigan or any other state our entire lives. And although married only to each other for 37 years, we have had 3 miscarriages and no children. Both of us are natural born citizens, my wife an RN and graduate of Moody Bible Institute and me, NAMVET prior service ending in 1971 with a Purple Heart.
Before our licenses expired in 2004 and 2005 respectively, we each attempted to renew our MI driver’s licenses and were unsuccessful because we REFUSED to submit a Social Security Number to obtain a MI DL.
The reason we refused was because I had by sworn Affidavit on June 10, 1986 revoked my signature on the original Application for the my Social Security Number and my wife had done the same on May 9, 1986, including us both having served it on officials in the State of Michigan, (see attached) intentionally revoking any and all “privileges” associated with the number, (but not including the Michigan Driver’s License).
I am formally writing to request a Michigan Driver’s License to each of us. If that is not forthcoming immediately, I am asking for a meeting to discuss what options the State of Michigan has to resolve the matter.
Fortunately, when David Irons from Lansing greeted you in the receiving line for your inauguration on January 1, 2011, mentioning our need at age 65/64 for a Michigan DL, you said, “Give me 10 days after I take office and have them contact me.”, which I did by phone call referencing your invitation.
Unfortunately, that resulted in a call back from your staff member, Steve Madejek, Director of Internal Security who was NOT helpful. In fact at the end of the call when I realized his title, I called him back a couple of hours later explaining my surprise and inquiry why the Director of Internal Security was responding to me rather than someone with discretionary permission authority over our Driver’s Licenses request. He said, (referencing law enforcement officer Denise Barnes contact with me in 2006), since your request came through the previous administration and you had contact with her, it was sent to my desk for response.” … or something to that effect.
I want you to know Ruth Johnson, we have only been respectful each step of this difficult way with everyone with whom we have been in contact, and NEITHER OF US IS A TERRORIST!! Rather, we just need a Driver’s License as we age, having been hitchhiking these last several years.
Also, is it our position we should be grandfathered at our request; or
that we should be offered a hearing and “due process” opportunity to present our evidence to an Administrative Law Judge over these matters, after which
we may seek a Governor’s pardon. For you see,
for us to go back on our sworn oath by affidavit word that we will never use the generationally discriminating, actuarially fraudulent, alleged mandatory Social Security Number again is to repeat the Scriptural error of King David forcibly numbering his subjects, while
Michigan citizens are not “subjects” to a hostile foreign power (SEE federal: Trading with the Enemy Act together with Executive Orders beginning in 1861 of every President since who has continued “the Emergency” ) called Washington, District of Columbia, but rather
they are sovereigns under the Lord’s Authority to be stewards of their liberty in the days coming ahead and
not forgotten in the 10th Amendment to the US Constitution to which
you just swore an oath on January 1, 2011. Will you keep that oath?
NOTE: We are not UNAWARE of the fact then MI-Attny Genl Jennifer Granholm sued the federal government (in the wrong court!) as the “People of the State of Michigan” rather than the “State of Michigan” vs. United States of America, & LOST her case to a co-conspiring federal judge in Battle Creek MI, although we were not parties to that case. But the Court of original jurisdiction should have been the US Supreme Court and not the US District Court in Battle Creek that Jennifer Granholm arranged to confound so as to defeat citizens of her state who refuse to use a SSAN for generational economic stealing of one generation from another or to violate Biblical restrictions on citizens regarding the Mark of the Beast issue, pertaining to Christians.
NOTE: Kentucky still issues Kentucky Drivers Licenses w/out Social Security Numbers to people who were born in or live in KY. But we are not citizens of Kentucky.
NOTE #2: We are aware as a result of my visiting with former Attny Genl Cox in Grand Rapids at the GOP convention he probably advised your predecessor SOS Terry Lynn Land to not honor our request. She screamed at me in the hall outside the GOP convention, “Your MI DL is in the mail!”, her demurrer since the State of Michigan SO FAR prefers federal revenue sharing over righteousness before Michigan citizens who have no child support nor driving safety issues.
We need your attention to this matter since we were on your GOP security team as Ambassadors in Grand Rapids at the GOP convention.
We ASK YOU FOR our full chauffeurs enhanced MI DL privileges back since neither of us has any accidents, tickets, nor medical reason not to drive. Other affirming documentation is available when we see you next.
